“We are thinking about our future and our past,” says Danish-born designer Camilla Jørgensen on the theme of her latest collection; “it is rooted in our Scandinavian sensibility of design: clean lines and multi-functionality plus an unexpected hit of raw edges and natural beauty. We use raw diamonds and rubies and most of the pieces are classic, yet have an edge to them. Our Scandinavian roots are showing, but as always, with a twist of individuality.”

"Cleopatra VII (in Greek, Κλεοπάτρα Φιλοπάτωρ; (Late 69 BC– August 12, 30 BC) was the last pharaoh of Ancient Egypt.
She was a member of the Ptolemaic dynasty, a family of Greek origin that ruled Egypt after Alexander's death during the Hellenistic period. The Ptolemies, throughout their dynasty, spoke Greek and refused to speak Egyptian, which is the reason that Greek as well as Egyptian languages were used on official court documents like the Rosetta Stone. By contrast, Cleopatra did learn to speak Egyptian and represented herself as the reincarnation of an Egyptian goddess, Isis."
